Projects Overview

Our Project Strategy

Nichols Point Minerals is a mineral exploration company focused on exploring and developing high potential greenfield exploration projects in the Australian outback.

Nichols Point Minerals has acquired tenure of highly prospective, multi commodity projects which strategically positions us to capitalise on the coming global commodities boom.

 Carwarp (100% owned)

  • Heavy Mineral Sands Project

  Jerramungup (100% owned)

  • Gold and Base Metals Project

Gnowellen (100% owned)

  • Gold Project

Jerramungup Project (Base Metals & Gold - 100% owned)

The Jerramungup project is a base metals and gold project which is located in the southwest region of Western Australia, along a major junction between the Yilgarn Craton and the Albany Fraser Orogen.

Recent soil and rock sampling programs at Jerramungup have generated highly anomalies zones of base metals and gold which extend for a strike length of 1.4km by 1.0km.

The elevated base metals and gold appear to coincide with a indiciating destruction of magnetite and presence of sulphides at depth.

Gnowellen Project (Gold Project - 100% owned)

The Gnowellen gold project is located

Carwarp HMS Project (Heavy Mineral Sands Project - 100% owned)

The Carwarp HMS Project is Nichols Points heavy minerals sands project located in the north region of Victoria, Australia. The project boasts an inferred resource estimate of 10.5 Mt with a 6.3% Heavy Mineral (HM) grade and is characterized by an impressive rutile content of 27%.

Using geophysical magnetic survey data, the ancient paleo shorelines where the heavy mineral sands have concentrated can be identified by their distinct magnetic linear anomalies.  To date, only one (northern magnetic anomaly) of these anomalies have been drilled and with multiple magnetic anomalies remaining untested, we believe there is potential for a significant resource upgrade.
